Our Program

3-6-5 Sports Academy provides the best available sports-specific performance training in Sumner County and surrounding areas. 3-6-5 Sports Academy’s training techniques help athletes increase their overall speed, strength, explosiveness, agility and athletic ability.

Our athletes compete in a wide variety of sports and are of all ages and skill levels. Therefore, 3-6-5 Sports Academy designed its training programs to be diverse and progressive to meet the needs of each athlete and their sport. We emphasize and guide athletes of these different backgrounds and skill levels to increase their performance capabilities for each and every sport they pursue.

Performance training is designed to make the athlete faster, stronger, more agile and explosive. Sport-specific training is designed to target athletic ability in the sport in which the athlete competes.
